I'm very familiar with the lake in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya areas. I've been casting over there since 2016. The lake holds decent-sized Toman. From "Mama Toman" to "Toman Bujang".
But these days those areas have been a "hot spot" because Majlis Perbandaran Putrajaya and Polis Marin Putrajaya frequently patrolling the areas.
Thanks to those Nepalese and Indonesian contractor workers who bottom fishing and set fishing nets at night and "tapow" all the fish !
