Most of them got tapow-ed by bottom angler and Indon construction workers.

Yup, they use net and harvest small and big ones..below are the big ones that i caught last year.

i'll be going for sea fishing in Lumut-pulau jarak next month.

jarak very unpredictable . alot of times came home blank. on some days, pecah tong.
still better than pulau sembilan. sembilan is consistently slow as hell

4 light jigging and 1 bottom , all never disappoint me

I'm from Kelana Jaya. You can try K.Selangor mining ponds.
Can get big ones if target toman fries. Got plenty of toman curut here.

I've been there once few years back. cought some tenggiri, kerapu and talang.
haven't tried Pulau sembilan yet

I'm from Bandar Baru Bangi by the way. I heard a lot of stories about those mining ponds in Kuala Selangor.

Some says there are huge crocodiles and snakes lurking around the area.

never heard about crocodiles bro but got lots of babi hutan and wild cats.
i rarely see snakes here.

By the way, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa is a non-fishing area right ?

yup,need to be careful as DBKL will confiscate your fishing gear if got caught.
But can fish in Kelana Jaya park,need to get permit from MPPJ office. got toman here also.
in cyberjaya also got super big tomans,but need to curi-curi pancing. u can see some guys casting here in the evening.

I'm very familiar with the lake in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya areas. I've been casting over there since 2016. The lake holds decent-sized Toman. From "Mama Toman" to "Toman Bujang".

But these days those areas have been a "hot spot" because Majlis Perbandaran Putrajaya and Polis Marin Putrajaya frequently patrolling the areas.

Thanks to those Nepalese and Indonesian contractor workers who bottom fishing and set fishing nets at night and "tapow" all the fish !

yup, that's why i dont fish there alone. lot of indons squatters there.
almost 10 years been fishing so far never had bad experience with them..
some even share secret spots for bujuk and peacock bass...
but too deep inside jungle,dont dare to go again.
