Details of the complaint : I will start with the advertisement thread of suntzulee. He is selling iphone 5 as per link i provided above. But he already remove all the details there. He want to sell iphone 5 with 10month warranty. He do a screenshot of the warranty that showed 10 month warranty. The item advertise as fullset. Fullset mean i should get box, charger, cable, earpod and iphone. I contact him in PM and whatsapp. So we agreed to meet at Maybank the curve.

During COD, i checked the phone. The phone is ok. But I did not check the warranty online and i asked him clearly about the warranty. He said 10 month left coz he just bought it 2 month before. Because the phone is ok, so i think suntzulee tell the truth about the warranty.

Then I checked the accessory, everything is there accept earpod. So i ask him where the earpod. He said he already used it but because i the earpod is part of the deal (fullset) so i want the earpod. He said the earpod is in his hometown/house. So he told me that he will send the earpod by postage. So i decide to said ok.

After reach home, I checked the warranty online. And the phone warranty website state that the phone only covered 1 week left. So i contact him back. After a while he answer my phone, and i asked him about the 10 month warranty. Then he said he will contact his previous seller. And he said to solve it nicely with me. So i agree with him.

Next day, he said he cant contact his seller. So after discussion i said just refund me RM100 and dont forget to sent my earpod. Actually, for 10 month warranty, i just get back rm100 is not worth it. Again I agree because i dont want to have a long issue with this sunzlee. Im a busy person, and i think i just wasting my time if this issue extended. So after a couple of day, I get refunded the rm100.

The next day, a get the earpod. and i tested the earpod. the earpod is new but the sound quality is very poor. So i took my sister earpod and compared between them. Yes, it is a different quality of sound. And i precisely check the quilty build of the earpod he send me. And i confirm that the earpod is a fake one. So i contact him again. Now im so angry with this suntzlee. He already cheat me on warranty and now he want to cheat me with the fake earpod.

After a while he reply my whatsapp said that he dont know. It is the earpod that his previous seller gave him. AGAIN he blame on his previous seller. And i said to him, he is a trader, how come he dont know that the earpod is fake. he answer he just a trader, he dont have time to checked all the accessory. So i become very angry with his answer. I said to him to swap back with the original earpod coz that is my right coz i already paid for the fullset item. He insisted. And said im playing a trick with him. I asked him to meet in the curve and checked back all the item and solve this matter face 2 face. He dont want to meet me to solve this matter.

So i decided to refund all my money, and give all of his item back. I dont want to do business with this stupid seller. And he said no refund and ignore me. So what should i do? I hope admin can help me.

It is my mistake because not doing a background check first. And I dont notice the dispute tag. My bad.

Yes, i sold a iphone 5 16gb maxis set to him last week. During cod i told him the warranty is until Sept 2014 because i personally checked on apple warranty website and the set was belong to my previous seller. I also clearly told him the earpod is used and often buyer dont want it because of hygiene purpose.

After an hour, he kept on whatsapp, sms and calling me while i was driving. Due to repeating distraction, i pull over my car and pick up his call. He told me the warranty is not Sept 2014 but is end December 2013. But i told him it was impossible because i personally check on the apple warranty website and it shown Sept 2014. Nevertheless, i told him that i will check with my previous seller.

From that night onwards, he kept on disturbing and pestering me about the warranty day after day. After few days, i replied him that i couldn't find the seller as the phone was cut off. Then he asked me to compensate him RM100 for the warranty issue. At first i was contemplating as i am also got conned by my previous seller about the warranty. Eventually i agreed with his terms and he promised he will forgo the warranty issue.

Next, after i sent him the earpod, he said it was fake. Then i explained to him that it was the earpod i got from the previous seller and i did not test whether it is ori or fake. I'm just a trader and i sold phone and all accessories where i got from my previous seller.

I regretted that i refunded him the money if i know he will keep on doing his trick on me. Later i believe he will tell me that the cable and charger is also fake. Then, ask me to refund him again

The main reason why i refund the money to him because i know both of us also a victim and i tried my every best to assist him. But he never satisfied and keep on asking me for refund by telling the accessories are fake. I will not believe him anymore. Yet he is spamming my selling thread with his make up story.

this time i will not avoid. Please dont think all of us, sellers are water fish. Yes i might have made a mistake previously for not defending myself. Now, i know my conscience is clear and i have nothing to be afraid.

Like they always say, whatever you do with the seller has nothing to do with the buyer. Do not blame your stupidity on other people. No one wants to share the weight. Seriously ? Sept 2014 and Dec 2013 is a huge difference, the only viable explanation is either you are blind or you are lying. You realized you got conned and you are playing along thinking you can get away from it . Next was the earpods, do not say the accessories were given by the previous seller. Who's selling the phone now ? You or the previous seller? You have the responsibility to make sure everything is as it as claimed by your thread. If its fake, say its fake. Don't take us for fools. First chin_kh dispute, now this. I really don't know how much more lies you have to spread to cover all your previous lies.

When i first bought the phone a month ago, the warranty clearly showed Sep 2014. that's why i never deny the fact i told the buyer the warranty which i knew earlier on. I only realized when the buyer told me it was not till Sept. I'm also a victim and i dont wish to pass the responsibility to other. That's why when crozac suggested asking me to pay him RM100 and he willing to forego the warranty issue. However, he broke his promise and harping on the warranty issue again here. If i knew he was such a dishonest person, i will not even compensate him.

As for the earpod, i dont know it is fake as i got it from my seller. I never tested it and i just given him what i received from my seller. This time is earpod, what if next round he tells me charger is fake? Or what if next round again, cable is fake?

Pls dont judge things as a total. chin_kh was another case and now is totally a different case. I made a mistake for not defending myself earlier on but now i will not repeat the mistake here again.

I would never deal with a seller who has a dispute tag even if its RM100 cheaper. Sorry to hear this TS, hope you can get the issue solved

You are not even sure if your earpods is original. How can you defend yourself in such case? Yes he can always lie about the charger is fake but why would he do that? I've been trading since 2011 and I did not worry about People claiming my accessories is fake even for a second, because I know my stuff is original or in some case if it is third party, I'll let the buyer know. If he really has the intention to scam you, you are in no way in a good position as well because of your previous case. This is why it is always good to build a good reputation, people will back you up if such case happens. But I don't see anyone backing you up

i sent the buyer exactly what i received. There's also possibility the buyer telling lies just to get his money refund. I have been trading since 2008 here and i too have no worry people coming upfront claiming the accessories i sold is fake. Why is this only crozac? he has every intention to scam, to spam and ranting all false claims in my selling thread for one reason. He wanted more money from me.

You can say there are no people backing up me but you cant say no one means my accessories are not genuine.
Hitherto, there is no one except this crozac claiming my accessories is fake. That's is truth.

Im in process of taking the earpod picture now. Ill upload it in the next post after this. Same to the warranty. If your item is original, why you dont want to meet me at the curve? I can show you the prove ur item is not original face 2 face. Else, I also ask for full refund, and ill give back your items since you claim your item is original. Why you refuse to do it?

Exactly, you are not even sure if your the accessories are original. You can't push the blame to the seller. It's between you and crozac now. And btw I don't think he is so free to throw fake accusations and lies.

Pls ask him, did he promise me to forego the warranty issue after I refunded him RM100? If he said no, then he's free to throw absurd accusations and lies to me. I have the proof he broken his promise too. As such he can lie about the ear pod by showing a fake earpod picture.

This is cheap plastic build for the earpod. More light that original somemore. Sound quality is very bad.



And u can see the picture below. It is a low quality rubber, and you can see a line in the center of the wire spliter. The original earpod dont have that line, i already compared with my sister.




The important thing here is the sound quality is very bad. its like rm10 earphone with no bass at all.
Thats why i want to meet him again. And show to him that earpod is not original. It will more easy if he can see it by himself. But he refuse to meet me.

An original one costs RM109. You totally got ripped.

PS: An AppleCare+ plan which gives a user 1 year additional warranty for iPhones costs USD99 (about RM300).

Not to be biased or what. Its just my suggestion. Im in no way siding either side.

1. Since you want to prove your innocence, suntzulee, why not meet Crozac face to face to solve the earpod issue? Just verify the earpod at an authorized apple retailer. If its fake, then suntzulee refund a new earpod and crozac returns the previous earpod. If its original, then Crozac apologize or treat suntzulee to a meal or something.

2. Full refund from sunztulee and Crozac returns all items in good condition face to face.

Dont need to assume who's gonna ask who to top-up, scam, fake etc.

Just my 2 cents. Im just a prob mod so there ya go. My suggestion.

As i quoted in the whatsapp, RM50. By refunding money, i will not worry you will argue the earpod i sent u again is fake again. Like wise, you will not worry getting a fake earpod. Win win.

Why dont you just refund him/her RM109 (price of an earpod in apple store) and he/she gives you back the claimed fake earpod. Since its not his/her fault that you get a fake earpod and since you are a trader, its your responsibility now for your buyer.

In my opinion with a dispute tag, you are on a losing side since people dont trust you. I think by doing that it will at least clear your name wouldnt it? He/She dont trust you and neither do you. Reputation for a trader definitely worth more than that extra RM59. Meeting face to face will solve this better where it shows sincerity.

Logically for me, Crozac wouldnt waste his/her time creating this thread, PMing me multiple times to solve this case etc just for an earpod?

you can search this forum. there are people selling original used earpod. why dont you get from them coz it is used condition and cheaper that new one. and send me by hand. i can test on the spot in front of you. the original earpod is original earpod. or we can go apple store together for checking. and this problem settle.

buyer already negotiate for used earpod still dont want to settle ..

This sunzlee play way too many drama. As i state before, i want to meet him at same place like before. maybank the curve coz it is easy for me and easy for him. Now he arrange one COD with i dont know who (the earpod seller) at Taman Mayang (yesterday), Petrol pump Sunway pyramid (today). And ask me to go meet that seller to take the earpod..

I dont know what to say again with this sunzlee. he suppose to deal with his earpod seller, then settle this problem with me. What is wrong with this sunzlee. He wont settle this the easy way. And llways put me on his problem.

Hi bro, today i have made arrangement since yesterday to cod with a earpod seller. So i whatsapp crozac to meet up as well so he can test the earpod whether is ori or not. However crozac refused to meet at seller's place and insisted at the curve. The seller is from sunway pyramid and he already said only can cod at there. Now you see, crozac is giving all these problems to me and dont want to co operate. This is getting too much and i cant help him anymore.

Pls judge from the whatsapp record. Apparently he dont trust me and i dont trust him either.

I want to COD at Maybank the Curve because I already know the place.
If you want to COD other place, Setapak or Gombak is a good choice, but i cant put such demand coz u wont agree for sure.

One more thing is maybe i dont clear about your plan. So please state clearly in this thread. So i can understand.
If you want me to meet the seller myself only, I dont want. Coz i dont want to involve with your deal with your seller. It is not my responsible and my problem. Cleared?

BUT, if you want me to go with you, and meet the seller to check the item. Im totally agree. We meet at maybank the curve and Ill follow your car to where ever the place you deal with your seller. Coz im not familiar with all the place you suggest. problem solve.

Go together with ts & earpod seller to nearest machine or mac city to verify the earpod. Take video the verification as back up for evidence.

I really don't know what's in his head. He called me 30 mins ago while I was driving. Then when I reply him & he asked me to answer in this forum....

Its not about the ts , its about you . You should settle everything for him since you made a mistake earlier on . Stop pushing everything to TS . Just my 2 cent .

Today i join, sunzlee with his earpod seller at Sunway Pyramid. Everthing is good. I already got the original earpod, and return the fake earpod to sunzlee. Thnx everyone. Case closed.
