Bro, very tired to state the same thing all over again.. I tell you again what i want

1)earpod
2)earpod
3)earpod

I paid already for the fullset. U want to refund used price of earpod. And im sure later i need to topup to get the earpod. Why should i do that? My deal with you is fulset item. Original earpod is part the fullset.

As per whatsapp you send me today, you want to refund used price of earpod. how much it is?

Not to be biased or what. Its just my suggestion. Im in no way siding either side.

1. Since you want to prove your innocence, suntzulee, why not meet Crozac face to face to solve the earpod issue? Just verify the earpod at an authorized apple retailer. If its fake, then suntzulee refund a new earpod and crozac returns the previous earpod. If its original, then Crozac apologize or treat suntzulee to a meal or something.

2. Full refund from sunztulee and Crozac returns all items in good condition face to face.

Dont need to assume who's gonna ask who to top-up, scam, fake etc.

Just my 2 cents. Im just a prob mod so there ya go. My suggestion.

As i quoted in the whatsapp, RM50. By refunding money, i will not worry you will argue the earpod i sent u again is fake again. Like wise, you will not worry getting a fake earpod. Win win.

Hi bro, thanks for helping. Your option 1 is workable. However there is a problem, the price that i sold him is an used earpod. How can i refund him a new earpod. Is not fair for me.

In addition, how i know when we meet up, he's taking a fake earpod to show me? He doesnt trust me and i dont trust him either. Best i refund him an used earpod price.
*
Why dont you just refund him/her RM109 (price of an earpod in apple store) and he/she gives you back the claimed fake earpod. Since its not his/her fault that you get a fake earpod and since you are a trader, its your responsibility now for your buyer.

Im sure Crozac would agree to this and solve this case.

In my opinion with a dispute tag, you are on a losing side since people dont trust you. I think by doing that it will at least clear your name wouldnt it? He/She dont trust you and neither do you. Reputation for a trader definitely worth more than that extra RM59. Meeting face to face will solve this better where it shows sincerity.

Logically for me, Crozac wouldnt waste his/her time creating this thread, PMing me multiple times to solve this case etc just for an earpod?

Just solve this and go on with your business.

Not fair to me at all. First i suspected he scam me the earpod. Can you guarantee he did not scam me? He said the earpod is fake and you believe him? Since, you said i'm at the losing side. Fine. I will give him the benefit of doubt and refund him a used earpod but not a new earpod. The whole deal is used unit. That's the best i can do for him
*
Ok but can I guarantee that you didnt purposely put in a used earpod? I cant guarantee either one. If its a used unit, then get a used original earpod if you wanna go through the hassle. Im sure Crozac wouldnt mind eaither as long as its a workable used original earpod.

I believe him due to the information you guys provide in the few pages of posts. Like I say logically, why would someone go through so much hassle to scam you for a new earpod? Agree in meeting you face to face again wasting time, petrol, money etc.

Or you can always choose option 2.

Im here to give my opinions. In the end both of you have to come out with a solution.
