It does work anyway, apple mouse works with windows - its just that you don't get fancy scrolls and all

FYI I am using apple mouse in windows and it is working well

But windows mouse is cheaper. tongue.gif

BTW can your windows access to the Mac OS partition?

Yes , be sure to install Boot Camp drivers

You'll able to see Mac OS X partition else just pick up Mac Drive

It's because Iris/Iris Pro graphics are not meant for heavy gaming.

Yup, wouldn't recommend Pro user pick up that model unless you just doing normal work/browsing.

Hi All, need some advise here.

I was thinking of doing some iOS apps so now might need to get either Macbook Pro or Macbook Air.. mostly i going to use it for Swift, Xcode and maybe (just maybe) unity3d.. I have some question regarding this.

1. i know that we can use VM and run OS X on Windows, but some say it is slow compare to Mac? is that true?

2. I was considering either 13 inch MBA or 13 inch MBPR, which is better?

Thanks!

Just a few small scratches plus it is at the underside, so not so much pain. Best part was it got the scratches because of the laptop cooler pads, didnt realies the macbook bottom was rubbing against the aluminium finish of the cooler pad.

So i just added some extra paddings on the macbook black paddings at the bottom to raise it slightly higher than the surface of the cooling pad and good to go already nod.gif

Woah my Macbook is still without casing now.
My friend advice me not to put on casing since her MBP's GC overheat since she renders a lot.
Maybe I should get a cheapo sleeve to protect it.

Yeah it does get hot and even installing the fan I constantly have to use high power fan in order to cool the MBP down.

You mean't the cooling pad?
But I feel insecure if I accidentally bump into something hard since my MBP is naked right now.
Not sure whether I should get one casing or not. sweat.gif

I got a casing which has a built in stand as well as holes at the bottom so that it can be used with the cooling pad.

Also I installed the app smcFanControl to control the speed of the fan in my MacBook Pro

Didn't know there's such casing. I thought normally are those with colourful plastic that cover around the MacBook only.

Will go and download this apps in case I really need my fan to run full speed.

Um, try running Apple Hardware Test/Apple Diagnostics to see if there are any issues with your Mac.
