i have a question to ask, i plan on buying a sealed unopened macbook from someone that bought it a month ago.
Does the warranty start on the date or purchase or the day the macbook is started?
User also does not have the receipt, will there be problems when i claim warranty?
Thank you

When I check with the website, it ask me to submit proof of purchase. It wrote cannot ascertain my warranty period. So took a photo and they took 2 days to update the warranty coverage. I want to get a rMBP but am unsure if 8Gb is enough or should I max it out to 16Gb since I plan to keep this laptop for a long time (currently replacing my 2008 MBP).

No...I got a Intel NUC instead It's more for desktop replacement but since NUC is half the budget so I decided to save money, hehe

QUOTE(goner @ Dec 18 2013, 11:42 AM) So far no issue on my MBPR late 2012 except on the fan roaring at random times ( on window 7 now 24/7 due to software incompatibility ) But in Mac OS X it run quiet and a beast. just having some little problem with my screen. =X When our dual fan reached 6,000 rpm.... U will heard the sound...~ What happened to your screen?
