Firstly, i doubt cky6667 is really a dealer, but if u really are, how come like you know nothing about those warranty, repair and stuff like that? Who the hell told you that with warranty EVERYTHING IS FOC?, do you even know how warranty actually work? how some warranty are different from others? You think those service centre really that damn good that u can get ur phone within 30minute? Send the phone there also take time la. Somemore you think the service centre only take care of 1 phone? Being a dealer, the phone got problem also you dont know? U blind is it? Or you just act dunno? You sell a rosak n incomplete phone to people still want to act like this? Now, somemore demanding people to close thread to save "face" ah? TOO LATE! So, if luv4life actually kept quiet and din say anything, you gonna do the same thing to other people? If you are really sincere, get the cable...why must you wait? Or you still think that "you are right, you dint do anything wrong?"

As for luv4life, you are just too kind, if i was the one...i wont layan this kind of people, not only cheat but insult people, and trying to make it like "not his fault" by giving all the bullshit stories. I suggest that you just keep the phone, pay for the repair and forget about this fella la(while keeping the thread open), move on...look forward for your phone to be return n enjoy using it.

i think the charges will be expensive..but actually u can nego a bit with those people in service centre.as i am also a dealer from seremban, i go down to SE authorized service centre in berjaya quite often...actually they are more than willing to help sometimes on some small probs...u can sit down there and discuss with them the whole situation...please do try this :>

ok so now, luv4life, i think the thing now is that u should keep track of the phone's status in the service centre, and yes i dint really see you saying this...did u really send to those really authorized SE service centre ? hopefully u did.ok then, for sure the charges will be more than rm10 or rm30 because according to the description it involves physical damage ..so in the sms it seemed that there are still some unwillingness.i suggest u guys settle that prob on the sum first before the actual sum comes out and then 1 whole big fight will take place again.

hopefully this 1 case can solve fast..
because its getting even more pages than cheong chan wah's thread in just a few days..luv4life maybe u are kind enough already, i have to agree with that, but if u can forgive him again for the language he used on u , then the prob is settled...but by saying this doesnt mean that i guarantee u he will pay u , but i mean at least we can draw a line and come to a conclusion already .
