perhaps a good suggestion will be cky repair k750i for her and buy her 64Mb mspd, then luv4life gives cky back his digi simcard..but that postage here and there will cost so much swt!

i think the charges will be expensive..but actually u can nego a bit with those people in service centre.as i am also a dealer from seremban, i go down to SE authorized service centre in berjaya quite often...actually they are more than willing to help sometimes on some small probs...u can sit down there and discuss with them the whole situation...please do try this :>

ok so now, luv4life, i think the thing now is that u should keep track of the phone's status in the service centre, and yes i dint really see you saying this...did u really send to those really authorized SE service centre ? hopefully u did.ok then, for sure the charges will be more than rm10 or rm30 because according to the description it involves physical damage ..so in the sms it seemed that there are still some unwillingness.i suggest u guys settle that prob on the sum first before the actual sum comes out and then 1 whole big fight will take place again.

hopefully this 1 case can solve fast..
because its getting even more pages than cheong chan wah's thread in just a few days..luv4life maybe u are kind enough already, i have to agree with that, but if u can forgive him again for the language he used on u , then the prob is settled...but by saying this doesnt mean that i guarantee u he will pay u , but i mean at least we can draw a line and come to a conclusion already .

the mspd thing, 1 way is u can try to post in LYN and see how much u can sell the mspd...then subtract with 110 .the balance try to ask from cky and discuss with him.meaning if u sold ur 512 for rm105 ..then u try nego with cky ask him ganti u rm5 lo..

Luv4life, at most all of us help u find used k750 after return the phone if u want..we try to help...if still cant..i sell u new k750 at dealer's price ok..?? just get this thing done la..i understand ur feelings, i pernah try kena cheat also ..but no point like this and keep a phone that may have a risk to have probs in the future ma..

i have never been on his side ler bro ..i have read luv4life's post, according to that obviously cky did wrong by not giving the exact detail of the phone to the buyer. im sure the buyer is going through a hard time.. dont worry guys, i stay neutral and side only facts, not friends dont worry..in fact luv4life knows i am on her side for this matter...about his stories err i dont quite know la...true or not true i not sure...but i know now he should send the cable to luv4life and then be more poilte in dealing with ppl(the only way to be successful-in my opinion)...and also pay for the service ...
