i think threadstarter need to bank in the money because it wasnt a COD session. so it was not threadstarter's fault at all. from the explanation it's so obivious that seller got something going on.

1. you are diverting everything about the complaints into your socalled 016 VIP no.
2. you gave description about the phone earlier in your posting and when the buyer complained about the phone after she received it, now you said YOU DONT KNOW because someone traded that phone to you because you are a DEALER in seremban. come on lah you canot simply denied everything by saying you dont know after that because someone traded in. it's your responsibility and yes you are confusing ppl!

this seller seriously got some serious problems and also good in diverting! since he already offered you refund then threadstarter maybe you should consider his offer. but my advice to you is do the refund face to face.

so the best option now is to wait threadstarter to give her story. no point of arguing with the seller because without the buyer here, seller sure can say anythnig and twist everything.

mr seller please read that carefully and STOP saying you called her and she refused to answered your calls! anyone will do the same to your calls!

now both sides told their story and mr seller again please STOP twisting the facts with that socalled vip no simcard thing! since the earlier pages you as a seller already twisting everything around so you better offer everyone here the best solution asap before your reputation here getting worst.

you expect buyer to return your simcard to you ASAP but do you remember you were the one that said everything ok complete for that hp but when delivered that hp got so many problems. so now you expect she return simcard back to you immediately and you delay and delay and delay on the main issue about the hp?

so i think now it's the best time for moderator to interfere in this matter and make the judgement on our unfortunate seller/newbie. lastly, buyer please let us know what you want now because i personally think this seller will still continue with his TWISTER and no point to sit down and work on this dispute. it was clearly shown up till now (already 8 pages) that our mr seller buat tak tau only and also buat pusing sini pusing sana.

ok enough is enough already. i've been reading all the posts since my last post around noon.

WTF was that? you sold a problematic hp to someone and now you want a refund from the buyer just because you forgotten to take out the simcard? so now digi cut off the line and now you blame the buyer because if she send back when you requested earlier then your socalled vip no still active lah? WTF! you were the one pusing sini and pusing sana a.k.a captain TWISTER!

guess no point of working on the dispute already now. i dont see any logic for the buyer to refund you since you were the dishonest seller from the beginning! lastly it was clearly shown from page 1 till now page 11 you as a seller refused to compensate the buyer.

you are lucky because the buyer is so kind and still trying her best to solve this dispute!

ok so now, luv4life, i think the thing now is that u should keep track of the phone's status in the service centre, and yes i dint really see you saying this...did u really send to those really authorized SE service centre ? hopefully u did.ok then, for sure the charges will be more than rm10 or rm30 because according to the description it involves physical damage ..so in the sms it seemed that there are still some unwillingness.i suggest u guys settle that prob on the sum first before the actual sum comes out and then 1 whole big fight will take place again.

hopefully this 1 case can solve fast..
because its getting even more pages than cheong chan wah's thread in just a few days..luv4life maybe u are kind enough already, i have to agree with that, but if u can forgive him again for the language he used on u , then the prob is settled...but by saying this doesnt mean that i guarantee u he will pay u , but i mean at least we can draw a line and come to a conclusion already .

jcheok2, please advice your friend STOP twisting around. already 20pages and you yourself please stop saying everyone here making things complicated. we helped came out with solutions because cyk6667 kept twisting facts around and whenever we got a solution your friend, cyk6667 again twist here and there. that was why this thing still not yet resolve after 20 pages. if your friend really sincere solving this matter we dont need 20pages of dispute in the first place!
