cky6667 sold me a k750i, which he claimed that used for half year and came with FULL SET midland warranty.

When received and checked, the camera slider is not functioning, when slide it cannot direct on the camera.

2nd thing, when dealing with him, he said full set but when arrive no memory stick, then baru he said lost. And no data cable. What's the meaning of full set anyway, and it's a midland set.

3rd thing, the midland warranty card has been change to december 2005 using correction pen. and the actual month the handset was bought is september 2005. How I know it?? Coz my fren brought the phone to claim warranty about the camera function, they found out......

sad 2 heard that.... find the solution & settle the prob with him edy?

Now he said the handphone not his, so he dunno wah. some ppl trade to him n he didn't check.

But when he sold to me, he said is his own hp.... very confusing.....

You don't care whether it's his handphone or not. If he's the one who sells it to you, then he's the one who's responsible.

OK so the summary of problems here is:
1. Faulty camera function.
2. No data cable.
3. No MSPD.
4. No more warranty.

Threadstarter, why did you still pay for it when you know it doesn't come with the package you intended it to be and the condition is not as promised?

i think threadstarter need to bank in the money because it wasnt a COD session. so it was not threadstarter's fault at all. from the explanation it's so obivious that seller got something going on.

I did sms him about the warranty thing last night, and now he change the story.... first he sell me the phone he told me is his phone, and now he said it's traded by ppl to him. and he didn't check the phone before....nor use it.... but that is the strange part when I received the phone.. his sim card is in the phone.....

When I received the phone I did ask him about the MSPD, he said midland warranty doesn't came with MSPD, then asked again he said lost. Asked him also about the data cable, but he didn't reply.

Actually this guy has long ago be in my suspected seller list...
In my observation, he always appeared in those threads selling freaking cheap handphones and claim that he has bought all the phones... However, those threads are being reported untrue... A recent one I remember was the "Sharmen Rao" thread. What's his intention? The only thing I could think of is that he is trying to lower the price of other sellers...

Anyway please come and explain yourself if not mod should add him to Tradezone blacklist...

jz try to careful when deal with newbie in the future... COD as the priority 1st and get some feedback from forumers who dealed with that "newbie" seller...

we not means newbie is not trustable, the 1st impression for us is the "newbie" is like tat, from Trade Zone Dispute Resolution Corner we can see that 10 of the con case have 8 newbie involved... u have to prove u r trustable by urself... doing business not just selling stuff, u have to convince customer and make them satisfy, later u will get another business from them, tat call business... business doesnt create problem and trouble...

tat is ur problem between u and tat gal, tat gal not trustable doesnt means that u r trustable, get the means?
if she registered the hp number, i think will not difficult for u that u can trace her location since the government said tat all prepaid must register end of this year...

since u said full set, pls explain full set included what...
actually u have the responsible to check the hp's condition if the ppl sell hp to u before u resell to other ppl... dont think get cheap stuff is a good things, perhaps the ppl think that it have a lot of problem only sell it to any hp shop or any1... if it was not a full set, just tell honestly to customer, otherwise u will get the complain which is worst than u didnt sell it... u only able to sell it when customer accept that was not a full set, at least have the agreement between u and customer
