I haven't gone there (sales office) yet, most probably this weekend.

If this has been going on for the last 4 years, Naza TTDI shudve been informed about this I'm sure.

What's the solution then? Rumah bukannya murah. Nak bayar gangster lagi? :-/

And then again, paling penting this involves safety issues. Safety of our family, takkan nk tinggal kat rumah pun risau takut gangster datang kacau.

Naza TTDI staffs are reading all this. You guys better get ready to answer all of these concerns.

Worse case scenario would be kidnapping and demand for ransom. They know those people staying at Ttdi AI got money. Easy money for the gangsters. NAZA needs to act and find amicable solution to this problem. They may want to protect their reputation as a reliable developer. My 2 cents.

only plus point was viola type A 20x80 only increased by 1k compared to spira 20x70, otherwise all trending upwards.

good piece of work though.

visited citrina (base model) the other day... my concerns with the porch pillars are too big and large.. difficult to even park 2 cars by side and the entrance made the living very small.. workmanship and material looks good.

Emerald only left few units 24x75, all face playground with 1m and above. No 22x75 unit left. 2 units left for 20x75, one corner and face playground with 1m and one unit 902k.
The current price is more closer to the KK area price.

No more phase for terrace house, only left one semi-d and two bangolow phases. I also saw they are starting to build new road along with the old road since there is always the plan 2 ways roads.

I saw iProperty 22x80 asking price for Viola, Sephira and Aquina is within 780k to 830k... 24x80 asking price 850k to 880k

possible to get this value from valuer?
