Hi there. Would like to know if the wiring in Zircona is 3 phase or single phase? When do we need 3 phase wiring? I have just booked one of the remaining corner lots. Do I really need 3 phase wiring?

QUOTE(ntdote @ Jul 20 2014, 08:56 AM) Hi guys Nope, Setia Alam is much bigger at 2,500 acres while Alam Impian is only half the size at 1,200 acres. That being said, Naza TTDI is only developing 200+ acres out of the 1,200 acres. Yes, there will be shop lots too, but later phases, not to mention apartments, semi-Ds and bungalows. Is this township comparable to Setia Alam in size? And any commercial lot open for purchase? TQ |

Zircona's quality is not as good as spira.
From my experience, i gave 8/10 for my spira furnishing but only 3/10 for my zircona's. My unit wasnt properly cleaned before the key handover. Me myself have prepare 7 pages of defect list. Sigh Maybe my zircona unit is an isolated case since there were few forumers satisfied with their zircona unit. And this post is not meant to stop u from buying Zircona. U need to go and see the individual unit before making up your mind. |

Thanks for the confirmation. I may asking stupid questions from now on....
However, when it comes to registering with TNB, do we need to inform TNB we need 3 phase wiring? Cos my SA say no need, the 1 phase supply from TNB is sufficient. What is important is the distribution box in the house has sufficient capacity. He also says the deposit for 3 phase supply is higher circa RM2k-3k. How many of the house owners actually apply for 3 phase supply from TNB? QUOTE(ajak25 @ Jul 20 2014, 08:33 AM) |

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Jun 30 2014, 02:42 PM) Great effort man. Anyway, anybody know the built up area for these units? Without built up area, still quite vague. For instance, the latest Emerald phase are 2 and a half storey homes. The size of 20" x 70" doesn't reflect the additional size, although I have to admit the price sticker of RM800k+ is still a huge appreciation from its earlier phase. QUOTE(adwan @ Jun 30 2014, 03:02 PM) nice compilation. can have the built up info for each phase? some are 2 storey and some are 3 storey. hard to compare. Yesterday i went to view one of the corner lot double storey house in zicorna. The finishing were average and not to my satisfaction. I was told by naza that the contractor who will be working on emerald project is much2 better. Better be good.

Dear All,
I am a new owner of one of the unsold units in Zircona. Just need to know how some of the existing owners are "designing" their hot water system. Is a water booster pump a necessity? Not sure how strong the water pressure is for the upstairs bathrooms. Currently where I am staying in Shah Alam, I too needed a booster pump or the water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms will be too low even for the water heaters to function. Onto the hot water system. My unit has a bath tub. Is the hot water piping of the bath tub connected to the sinks and shower areas in the master bedroom bathroom? Reason I am asking is, if I were to install a water heater for the bath tub, can the sinks and shower get the hot water too or I will have to pull new piping to those areas? I was thinking of installing a solar water heater.... And now my headache begins... having to think of the renovation, lighting, cabinets, etc.... |
