QUOTE(propusers @ Apr 20 2014, 04:44 PM) Congratulation skiat... 950k - discount 5% = 902500(phase 2)your unit appreciate 73K in a week if the price answered by TTDI staff above is true... 902500 - 877800(phase 1) = 24700 Thus, only 24700 different. Dun forget, Phase 2 u can choose unit no & facing direction unlike phase 1 u have no choice since a lot in the waiting list!!! Hopefully I won't regret in future since I have no choice but save 24700. |

QUOTE(Fusion @ Apr 23 2014, 12:17 PM) My brother and i just bought a unit each of the Emerald along with 2 other colleagues. huh.. Y ur bro want release his unit? Ur bro havent sign snp yet? Even 22x75 in phase 2 more expensive than phase 1 also fully booking except 3 units facing TNBWe bought the unit after my friend highly recommended the area as he just got his key for his unit (not sure if its spira of sephira). He said his unit has very little defects and the build quality is quite good. My brother may release his unit (Phase 1). PM me if you are interested. |

QUOTE(Sphiraman @ Apr 25 2014, 03:18 PM) Jonathan84.tan, yup.. So far I oso cant c any foreign labours staying there.. Hopefully it won't happen in future..Let me tell you for every new development there is definitely shortcomings and not everything is perfect. There are even worst developers which I do not wish to name that have major problems like huge wall cracks, no water supply until a water tank have to come and supply us water and more. You say things are not rosy but let me tell you for the telephone line, I subscribed to Unifi since Naza has an agreement with TM to provide free for 2 years and they were so efficient that on the day I move in the TM technician came and install my phone, internet and hypptv and is working fine. With regards to leaking or other defects there is warranty of 24 months from the developer if the fault is caused by the developer but if the owners contractor did some renovation and caused the problem they will never say it is their fault but blames the developer. I had water ponding problem in my maids room and I send an email to Naza customer service and they were prompt to reply my email to say that they are arranging their workers to do the rectification and they did. Jonathan it is all in how you communicate and relay the message. Every problem there is a solution! You are saying there is low occupancy rates due to foreign labours staying in vacant house. Can you please identify and tell me which house as I always communicate with the security personnel as well as Naza staff stationed at the site. So far there is no foreign labour staying there so please Jonathan do not post baseless allegation if you do not know anything! |

QUOTE(propusers @ Apr 25 2014, 10:53 PM) share my own experience... Thanks for ur sharing👍I submitted a list of defects.. it took 2 months for fixing because I asked TTDI take time to fix it slowly and make sure defects are fixed... after defects are fixed, TTDI staff did the defects checking with me again on site 1 by 1... overall experience is good and professional... |

QUOTE(Chester888 @ Apr 26 2014, 12:38 AM) Developer workers doing defects are staying in the corner unit... Spotted some foreign labour renovating houses also sleeping over in the empty house while doing renovation... In my opinion, it is common for foreign labour to stay in those house they are renovating. Since this is a G&G, I believe SAFETY FIRST is always in their (residents) mind. So owner who renovate should consider it and do a better arrangement for their foreign labour. Do not forget, your co-operation will decide the future and safety of TTDI Alam Impian. Next, developer should not allow their workers who doing defects staying there. It will pull down TTDI reputation and selling price once crime happen. TTDI still have others new phases to go, unless they don't mind making money anot. They must look at it seriously. Prevention is better than cure, or I can say it is too late to say sorry when crime happen. Again, sentences above is my opinion only.So far they're not creating troubles yet. But I guess naza should look into this matter. This post has been edited by skiat: Apr 26 2014, 02:45 AM |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Apr 29 2014, 09:46 AM) Hahaha. Your next buys should make more money to you😊I also sour grape. Bought Spira at above price but flipped 2 years ago to cash out for next buys. I sour grape bcz I cant hold until today for better capital return. Anyway, my unit condition was tip top when I VPed 2-3 years back. My buyer so far no issue of cracking or leaking one year after he got from me. Now duno. |
