950k - discount 5% = 902500(phase 2)
902500 - 877800(phase 1) = 24700

Thus, only 24700 different. Dun forget, Phase 2 u can choose unit no & facing direction unlike phase 1 u have no choice since a lot in the waiting list!!!

Hopefully I won't regret in future since I have no choice but save 24700.

sales told me abt it.. I did consider phase 2 at first but sales said phase 2 will increase ard 50k.. At the end I jz stay back to phase 1!

So far there is no foreign labour staying there so please Jonathan do not post baseless allegation if you do not know anything!

In my opinion, it is common for foreign labour to stay in those house they are renovating. Since this is a G&G, I believe SAFETY FIRST is always in their (residents) mind. So owner who renovate should consider it and do a better arrangement for their foreign labour. Do not forget, your co-operation will decide the future and safety of TTDI Alam Impian. Next, developer should not allow their workers who doing defects staying there. It will pull down TTDI reputation and selling price once crime happen. TTDI still have others new phases to go, unless they don't mind making money anot. They must look at it seriously. Prevention is better than cure, or I can say it is too late to say sorry when crime happen. Again, sentences above is my opinion only.

I went there last 2 weeks got 8 units 24x75 left and only 3 units 20x75 got booking only...
