Got my teana with vkool tinted (2.1k) and sierra glow blue flame.
Superb!  The vkool really good. Don't feel hot at all after park under sun for half day till 1pm. No problems no bubbles just perfect. Smart tag & gps friendly too!

Sierra glow blue flame 1.8k - boss is friendly and explain every details of the coating. Shiny n easily to wash off dirts.

Lastly. The car is superb! Quiet cabin n smooth drive! Good quality! None problem so far. (Touch wood)

Normally FOC if you decide to retint with the window film shop.
Otherwise, the price of tint removal for whole car around RM100-RM200

Most of the shops are compliant with JPJ regulations and provide warranty to cover any JPJ issues smile.gif

hey guys, i have one question here.

JPJ have set a new tint regulations for vehicles which is 70%, 50% & 30% and starting from 1st of November they will stop any vehicle which is not according to the new tint rules.

So does that mean that im against the law if my car now is tinted according to the new tint regulations? its really confusing seriously doh.gif .

thx

You shouldn't worry too much if your car is tinted according to the previous and new rules. Because the new rules is actually more leniant compared to the old one. They allow your car to be darker on the rear end.

Hello everyone, my co-driver windows got pried by some ******* and now I need to apply tint to my window again after replacing them.

The thing is, my car is quite old already, therefore I am looking for tinting deal from groupon and livingsocial (my budget being roughly +/- RM 150).

Since its my first time tinting windows using tint purchased using deal, my question is that, is tint from deal from either of those websites reliable (no bubble after few years / deterioration of performance)?

No bubble after few years - Bubble not a issue since warranty is provided.
Deterioration of performance - Yes, it will because normally this price range you get
korean film which is cheap and absorbing heat

I see, one more thing, will colour of those tint fade after some time?

If you don't mind me asking, what do you think about this tint, are they Korean Tint that will deteriorate over time as what you mentioned above?
