Today I went to Daiso and found this pretty decent microfiber cloth. Couldn't find the gsm information of the cloth, but my guess would be around 300+ gsm.

Attached Image

Just bought it and haven't tried out. Hopefully it won't leave any lint strands and discoloration biggrin.gif

Anyone uses the Daiso microfiber cloth before?

NO true. Even a brand new car out from assemble plant will be parked outside under shade, hot sun and acid rain for at least 1-3 months before deliver to your hand. Therefore contamination, swirl is highly possible happen.

Inside of 'polish', i would suggest you do claying, surface preparation first.

Common defects are these.

Your friend there *might* be right...you *might not* need to POLISH, but you'd DEFINITELY need to WAX immediately or as soon as practically possible sweat.gif

But if, like you said, the car 'start to become not bright' then it's definitely time to polish already.

If you need to detail the ride, usually you do this
Wash > Clay > Dry > PaintCleaner/Light Polish* either one > Wax or Sealant

If weekly maintenance,
Wash > Dry
or
Wash > Dry > Wax/Sealant
or
Wash > Dry > Wax Booster

You can try Meguiars Ultimate Wash and Wax. Result is impressive.

If you are on tight budget, Osren Bubble and Wax is recommended as well.
