QUOTE(copperwire93 @ Nov 28 2013, 09:59 PM) Wahh... all nice moments shot. Especially that flame dance. Thanks man, I think the flame dance photo doesn't do the flame dancer justice Eh? Why the days layout same like Crocodile's » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Or maybe Crocodile's tiru Casio. Was really noob that time and didn't capture the moment properly. Shouldn't have focused so much on trying to get the exposure right. In contrast, I should have just up the shutter speed and lower the ISO until leaving only the flames and shadow lines of the body, should be nicer XD Anyways, always loved your still shots, very impressive considering you don't use flash (right?) QUOTE(f5calvin @ Nov 28 2013, 10:12 PM) actually i never seen the printed outcome of nex cameras.. i've a lumix lx5, terrible picture when printed out. ISO 800 means die. 1600 even worse.. dno isit bcz the printer problem or my lx5 problem or memang lx5 lidat.. looks like they smudge the picture to remove noise. bt not sure. Oh, this I have to test it out I've never printed much of my photos too, though that's about to change XD I intend to frame some of my better photos and hang in my house haha |

I never had any problem with AF because most of the time i off my AF XD if you use MF only, that lens is really darn good in IQ, i own one personally, can only complain about the focusing, other than that the lens is quite perfect. |

QUOTE(f5calvin @ Nov 28 2013, 10:33 PM) it doesnt have VR or VC(what tamron calls it) .. that lens isn't that heavy compared to any f2.8 70-200, but a little heavier than f4 70-200. quite easy to handhold too, really large grip on the focus ring for you to hold.the 70200 f4 nikon is darn darn sharp anyways.. bt it's f4 lar. |

The rest are lightroom editing. Made a radial selection on the watch and underexposed everything else except inside the radius. Perhaps next time can try taking shots in the dark and use torchlight to paint the watch during long exposure shot, the effect should be quite nice too Dayum I don't have watch lol, and the same shooting technique cannot be used for girl watches I think since they are more cute-orientated XD QUOTE(tongweng @ Nov 28 2013, 10:42 PM) i understand nikon 70-200 f4 is sharp...but i heard someone saying "a f2.8 lens can be a f4 lens but f4 will never be f2.8" True, but the thing is that the jump from F4 to F2.8 involves a very big jump in terms of price too Thats why i am wondering so much hehe.
