Err.. you don't always have to use low ISO
if the place is dark, then don't be afraid to bump up ISO ya
Modern DSLRs are pretty good at noise performance already, so you won't really lose too much details
Current lineups of entry-level DSLRs can perform decently up to ISO3200

Try to adjust your ISO until you get a shutter speed of 1/50 or faster so you don't get blurred shots

if i bump up my ISO , in the camera screen it looks nice. but when I view through my desktop, it looks like theres noise. Not so prominent. just slight noises. u can see the face is slightly grainy-ish. haha

... which is normal man, especially so if you are viewing it from a high-resolution screen
Don't worry too much about it... don't forget that at the end of the day, if you develop the photo, or upload it, the photos will be displayed in much smaller sizes: Those noises will not be conspicuous. And additionally, you could always "reduce" the noise via post-processing
Don't be afraid to bump up the ISO, especially true under indoor conditions~ Can go up to ~ISO3200... anymore than that you'll need other light sources like flash
