Talking abt SD cards, anyone used the ones from Hoodman before? The ones with the steel cover...

Mine have been like that for quite some time liao. Changed not long after I registered on Flickr so the transition was fine to me

I don't really like the change wuwu, quite laggy too when browsing people's photos

So far the only significant thing I noticed between using a fast and slow card is that it lags/ doesn't lag when browsing through photos
Even with a fast SD card, I still sometimes get writing lags if I shoot too fast haha.. doesn't happen with CF card though
Maybe my SD card still not fast enough

Another thing is..

I'm using kit lens 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 DX VR . And its hard to use low ISO and faster shutter speed. Usually I use around 100-320 ISO and shutter speed around 1/20-1/30sec to get a brighter image. I wondering is there any way i can increase my picture quality by using low ISO? been playing around alot
