This is call injection piling machine.
What it basically does is it holds a pile a position and slowly releases weight on the pile until it starts being 'injected' into the earth.
This is repeated vide connection between piles and until the pressure applied is no longer able to penetrate the earth.
This means it has meet its intended strength and the pile would be terminated to receive the pile cap in future.
