Lots of condo also certified instead of Gold or Silver.
Example : One Central Park (DPC), Icon Residence(Kiara) and Residense 22(Kiara) and Sentrio (Pandan).
All got certified only.

i would rather take 1 platinum or gold cert by one body rather than being certified by various parties.

eg.
you want to eat chicken rice.

a) triple cert - would you rather go to an average food court that serves various chicken, duck, roasted pork, etc.

or would you prefer to
b) gold in A cert - dine in oversea or jalan alor for their char siew rice
c) gold in B cert - dine at nam heong kai fan
d) gold in C cert - eat roasted goose at Pudu

etc.

A lot of the taikor here also eco world prestige member ler...

They only aim for "certified" to fulfil their role as an Eco developer.. they do not have budget to aim for higher grade. Having the certification from various bodies is cheaper as the requirements from these bodies are similar for the same grade so they do not have to upgrade (thus increasing budget) to achieve silver or gold standard. For the price they're selling this is quite a disappointment.

1) You as introducer sign and introducee also sign a form (EcoWorld Introducer Points, EIP Form).
2) The introducee signed the SPA, then wait 30days for the 1% to be bank in to the Alliance account.

If after your introducee signed the SPA and you waited 30days without any news, then you can send email to ask your EcoSky SA.
I did that. Need to push them abit.

That is the only comfort we have. For sure it will affect the development within 5 km radar.
