Oh, is it?
The 4% is to compensate the cancellation of DIBS.
What is the 1%?

So if i buy now, i will less the 1st buyer by 2% right?
As 1st buyer has 3%+4%=7%
and now only 4%+1%=5%

Not sure whether Tower A and B sold out or not.
Maybe there are still a few loan rejected units?

1st hand buyers have 3%+4%=7%
If buy today only 4%.
If repeated buyers buy now (as per quoted by kochin kor), then only got 4%+1%=5% whistling.gif

in prop investment, the 2% is somewhat negligible.
especially considering if availability of better choice units against previous available units.

Yah, if loan rejected units are super nice coordination and nice floors, then can be considered as "picking up dead chicken". brows.gif

I strolled in last Saturday to look at Clarita Tower showroom. Nice id but then got detoured by tower A and B. I was offered a few scattered units left avilable from rejected earlier buyers. Walked out having bought one 904sqf with 4+1 discounts. -4 to compensate not having DIBS and -1% for signing SPA within 21days.

Semi furnished too!
