I think this project will be successful based on the concepts. My personal view.

Make sure they are able to fill up 3 blocks first....without investors, will be tough

Jalan Ipoh is such a long stretch that it is starving of a place of its own. I believe if it's done nicely, people would visit lah. but so far based on past track record, i must admit things are not looking very rosy indeed.

I think people towards Rawang, Gombak, Selayang or Kepong will be the main target for the commi. However, cannot compare with DPC and Solaris, cos different market.
