A few of my friends already drop out as they think there will be increase in BLR next year and don't want to take the risk. They think 4% rebate is not enough to cover 4 years construction period for those on lower floors. If all of you are walking out, i will go along.

In the end those ppl who buy will be more likely for own stay since investor mostly drop out. It is a good news for those investor that holding this prop. U will have less ppl compete with u during selling.

boss, why you wanna follow others since different people have different risk appetite and factors as consideration? i just felt that you should decide on your own since you know your situation best.

sorry if i sounded offensive but it's just my worthless 2 cents of thought.

SD very near meh?
actually SD is meant for servicing MK.

Jalan Ipoh is such a long stretch that it is starving of a place of its own. I believe if it's done nicely, people would visit lah. but so far based on past track record, i must admit things are not looking very rosy indeed.

how's setiawalk doing? tongue.gif

I think people towards Rawang, Gombak, Selayang or Kepong will be the main target for the commi. However, cannot compare with DPC and Solaris, cos different market.
Just my 2 cents. smile.gif

Any business that can synergize well with tesco extra and nearby residence will thrive. My thinking, dine in business and specialty shops.

DOMESTIC consumers using more than 200 kWh of electricity per month (RM43.60 per month) will be subjected to 6% GST.
I hope they will reconsider this. mad.gif

Why dun the G do it before the GE?? hmm.gif brows.gif
