hi guys, im using Xperia ZL white color . the biggest prob is battery , other than that its nice

Z2 system dumps out dy. people are porting the apps.

here's is one of the user successful port some apps like AR effect (video mode), smart social camera (creative effect for both image and video), newer background defocus.
for rooted user can straight flash CWM. only background defocus can manual install as apk for non-root user like me. T3T

if im not mistake sg/msia is the same.. so you can download SG's one..

baseband you dont have to worry cuz it seems to be the same everywhere..

different region got different types of bloatware only.

Got my order in from Lyn garage seller

2x Sony original cable
1x Samsung original charger + cable
Free 1x OTG cable

Test test test galore.
Did some test with some different cable and charger setup
Sadly cannot do with the Z as it lack the charging ampere monitoring capabilities
So the test is done with a Galaxy Note 2 and the galaxy charging app

1. Sony 1.5A charger + Sony original cable. - 1200mA
2. Sony 1.5A charger + Samsung original cable. - 1200mA
3. Samsung 2A charger + Sony original cable. - 1800mA
4. Samsung 2A charger + Samsung original cable. -1800mA
5. Sony 1.5A charger + 3rd party flat type cable. - no charge ~ 290mA
6. Samsung 2A charger + 3rd party flat type cable. - 600mA

Also tested a Samsung original cable come together with the note2 that have problem, can only charge at 600mA using the 2A charger

So my guess with the charging problem is alway themail easiest to break, the cable
So get an original cable, to get the optimum?charge
Plus take care if the cable
Add a spring to the base of the head to prevent over bending and breaking the internal wires



Also don't be such a neat freak
Store the cable naturally and not try to pack it into a small loop
As doing so add strain to the cable it self

I have problem, most of the time i receive a call, the speaker turns on by itself. Idk if my cheek did it, but i didnt experience anything like this before. I already turn off speaker voice enhncement in call setting as i thought that was the culprit, but it isn;t. The problem still there. Anyone encounter the same problem?

Suggestion is to disable Social Life apps.

got my phone finally yesterday.... My ZL is being updated to 4.3.... the funny thing is I can't get the apps that I've installed when I back up using PC Companion.... I did a backup on my sd card as well.... but I suspect that the system had been upgraded, it no longer recognize older backup format... which is quite a facepalm for me... so, I'll just have to reinstall all the apps again...

weird. the problem started in this week. but i already upgraded to .101 last 2 week.

Not the firmware issue but Social Life apps... try to disable that apps.

There is an new update for Sociallife. After update mine, the issue gone.

I voice out at Z1 thread and yes, got few more xperia users affected.

my Sociallife version now 4.0.26 dated 3rd Mac.

okay..so i sented my XZ to Plaza Berjaya Sony Service Center today..
so the problem i have are
-1 black dot on my camera
-backglass lifting
the staff say this need around 1-2weeks to get done and i say okay..he will give a call to pickup my phone..but i don't believe they will call since they so busy..
when i at the center..the telephone keep on ringing!ringing!ringing!It really not easy to work at service center lo..
the last word i tell him before i go is..this phone is still water resistant..so he cheked the flaps and say yea..so i hope after repair..the flaps is still white and water resistant..and he say when the phone is done..u can check it at the center itself..and i say okay...bye bye!

I get the new update message directly from the apps when i open it.
