Noob question for Xperia Z 4.3

How to change the calculator apps or small apps in to scientific mode?
I tried rotating the screen but it remain non-scientific.

Is there a setting that I need to change?

3) I can't type on the touchscreen when my XPZ is connected with my laptop via USB. E.g when I try to type "awesome" it will be "akjhgwjkhesjlhojklhmkjhe".

Anyone knows why or share the same problem?

Guys, I'm new user here.

I bought Xperia Z Black (C6003) in late December last year. So I have it for more than a month. I'm thinking of selling it cause I want to buy a different phone. Is it possible for me to resale the phone? It still has 1 year warranty from local shop, I still have the box, I don't use the earphone, it still sit nicely in its plastic. Also the phone is still in absolutely great shape, no scratch, no nothing just like brand new.

My questions are, where can I resell it and for how much? Can I sell it in any mobile phone shop?

But what i mean is let say now i put up the tempered glass screen protector already,
then say mayb 1 year later i wan change another sp and i take off the sp, will the film also follow it gone up?

main reason i don't like xperia z is due to its viewing angle, otherwise I'm happy with it. a slight tilt; like just a dang small tilt, everything washed out. how come a "high end" device has that problem.. i know its my fault but then its too late.. already read/watched many reviews online b4 i made the purchase but i didn't expect it to be this bad. i know everyone has their own preference and maybe it's not a big deal for most of you..

i choose moto g cause if i could resell the xperia z for rm 1k+, i could buy a moto g for rm 800 and save rm200+ or something...

so sad...

i hate buyer's remorse..

Those using z who are looking for spare phone can consider moto g..

my zl also chipped off after hit the sharp edge of my macbook. even not much force.

My ZL is only five days old and because for my 20 ringgit lousy cover it destroy the cosmetic of my phone.....WITHOUT DROPPING THE PHONE

Im using Xperia ZL and recently about 1 or 2 months ago updated to the new software version.

It is a big upgrade cos see many changes from the text message screen to camera. But after update the keypad seem to be very dumb. Alway type and when put in space, it will come out full stop. So many times my message looks like this:

Hi.I am.a.boy.

Do u guys have trouble with this new stupid keyboard interface?
