QUOTE(dawnrose @ May 22 2015, 09:56 AM) If you all check Heriot watt University in Putrajaya their recommended student accommodation is actually Arc and Dpulze. So Cyber is not only taking from surrounding campus but also neighbouring ones. Also more young workforce coming into cyberjaya. They don't like to stay far so stay nearby. In the next 3-4 years when Setia, symphony, areca, ceria, Lake point and Lake front residential ready then you will see families moving in. Iconic development like Pangea and Tamarind also almost ready. It will be very exciting times http://www.hw.ac.uk/malaysia/campus-life/accommodation.htmThey recommended D'Pulze, Serin, and The Arc. |

Cyberjaya supporters are really positive thinking folks...
When mention Cyberjaya is a quiet place: Good! a serene and tranquil place to live, free from traffic jam, more fresh air, green grass, good place to a home. When mention developments are coming to Cyberjaya: Also Good! More commercials, more peoples are coming in, more shopping choices, more "ong" This post has been edited by K_A_R_L: May 23 2015, 12:47 AM |

QUOTE(K_A_R_L @ May 23 2015, 12:43 AM) Cyberjaya supporters are really positive thinking folks... Probably need go back to school learn about well planned city, than a mushroom city.. If you manage a township well, you will probably cut down the traffic congestion , although it looks very packed with ppl.. So well plan and mushroom are totally different story.. If u visit cbj before, you can see cbj still have quite a lot barren land to develop.. Especially the land which MRT2 are proposed.. |

Peoples think property development like taking instant food.. few minutes koatiam!
If u don't like the current stage of development, hold first and revisit later... If u don't like the place, find the place u like most and place ur money there... don't expect the development will go according ur way and suite ur taste... |
