only phase 1 VPed.

Phase 2 estimated around mid June.

previously I only saw 3-5lights...that night I think got 15lights....not many but improved, the rental is around 3K for 2bedroom.

occupancy rate of the arc is impressive !! rclxms.gif

Cyberjaya supporters are really positive thinking folks...

When mention Cyberjaya is a quiet place:

Good! a serene and tranquil place to live, free from traffic jam, more fresh air, green grass, good place to a home.


When mention developments are coming to Cyberjaya:

Also Good! More commercials, more peoples are coming in, more shopping choices, more "ong"

Probably need go back to school learn about well planned city, than a mushroom city..
Cbj supporter are so positive because they believe more than 50% of the land are reserved for lanskaping and greeneries
So when the new commercial or new residential coming in its because of the well planning are in progress... If you manage a township well, you will probably cut down the traffic congestion , although it looks very packed with ppl.. So well plan and mushroom are totally different story..
If u visit cbj before, you can see cbj still have quite a lot barren land to develop.. Especially the land which MRT2 are proposed..
