Probably need go back to school learn about well planned city, than a mushroom city..
Cbj supporter are so positive because they believe more than 50% of the land are reserved for lanskaping and greeneries
So when the new commercial or new residential coming in its because of the well planning are in progress... If you manage a township well, you will probably cut down the traffic congestion , although it looks very packed with ppl.. So well plan and mushroom are totally different story..
If u visit cbj before, you can see cbj still have quite a lot barren land to develop.. Especially the land which MRT2 are proposed..

Peoples think property development like taking instant food.. few minutes koatiam!
If u don't like the current stage of development, hold first and revisit later...
If u don't like the place, find the place u like most and place ur money there... don't expect the development will go according ur way and suite ur taste...
