How's your Liu li Garden You Mei unit?
you going to move in or rent out or flip?

Too busy brother. Didn't check the unit. Not sure, only sure not going to sell.

Kopitiam is not straight forward, have to think & plan for many things.

Checked alr...no sign of Chinese b'fast at all at that Glomac area.
The roasted pork, chicken rice is nice. Mixed rice is OK so so nothing to proud about.
Saw also mian dui main (pan mee) + one more Vietnamese / Thai street food shop opening in April.
Think have to visit that shop when back to M'sia in next few weeks.

I reckon if Cyberjaya has a HDB type food court with high hygiene and choices, must be able to attract crowds.

Agree that this is lacking but not a barrier for CBJ to grow. I happen to browse Heriot watt university putrajaya website and they have recommended cyberjaya as student accommodation specifically dpulze, serin and the arc. This will bring more crowd into CBJ. I seriously believe when the landed projects VP and people start moving in then more Chinese style (hopefully also western) bf options will open. I now go Pelita for my local bf fix.

Another value added to the prop in cyberjaya - improved of road accessibility.
Found this in wikimapia - New accessibility to enter into Cyberjaya / MEX or vice versa.

Note - Good news to Setia Eco Glades as this new entry will cut down a lot of bypassing traffic via the new proposed interchange from SEG into Lingkaran Putrajaya and Garden Residences ppl can save some time on making a big U-turn to enter MEX.

Looking at the narrow reserved corridor for MEX extension, don't think we can access MEX from CBJ. It will be elevated at road crossings and passed thru CBJ. Maybe a bad news for development nearby the corridor. My two cents.

Definitely traffic will build up once they completed the interchange into SK via MEX.
No more leisure cruising in MEX anymore later sad.gif
Not sure why there is never a speed trap in MEX, quite often to do 180 km/hr late midnight along MEX to/from KL.
One straight road, easy to drive!
