Cyberjaya needs more population from every level of society.

With hospital with close proximity, it will be more convenient to gain access for medical treatment. Especially during emergency.

I will rather stay 1km away from hospital rather tha 20km.

Actually if it turns out to be like Putrajaya hospital, it's not bad at all....feels like private hospital but affordable for everyone.

And if hospital is bad, why agents/ developer will always highlight nearest hospital? To me, hospital is a plus point for the residents nearby. Everyone needs healthcare.

Rental market for short term lease / long term lease to workers in hospital / patient family will go up.
Mutiara ville / Pangaea / Tamarind Sq all will be the winners.

shopping mall, school, hospital all are good but not at my door step too smile.gif

I'm guessing shopping mall is okay for u if at your doorstep?

I agree with Soros, I dont want it immediately beside my residence too.... it's just because the roads will be congested and probably noisy.

even there is sufficient parking lot in the mall or the car park rate is cheap, there still be lot of cars park along the road... why? u know la Malaysian....

Putrajaya hospital is good. Shah alam (altho new) is not..too packed edi the area..mau sumbat jgk. Less than a month since opening, Shah Alam hospital already many cars parking outside (main road as well)

Hospital, school, shopping mall, mrt, lrt, not at my door step too... Prefer more peaceful n privacy.. Too near will make your door step congested and messy... Within 700m-1km will be fine...

The same for Putrajaya hospital. Parking not sufficient also. I think it's a common problem for all the medical centers. Private hospital also same problem.

this is true fr some but as previous example have proven whr those vry near mall n lrt command major premium in price n rental based on integrated concept.. Also easier to find tenants, something tht even dpulze buyer can agree with..

for the high rise is different story, for landed it will be nightmare.. high rise you stay up in the sky, so you will not bother by the crowd, but if high rise low level, might feel a little annoy..
more or less, either landed or high rise dislike bother by busy traffic infront of the hospital, school, lrt, mrt, shopping mall, thats y i said within 700m-1km are the best....
