If mine is a landed property, i wouldnt want my house too near to the mall though. Highrise still can consider.

for rental, sure I buy near mall or LRT station

but own stay big no no even it would give me premium in future

So how far do u wan ur apartment to be away from mall?

they mention 700m to 1km..

For me got a few lvls fr highrise:

1. Amenity at your doorstep or 300m (MOST premium)
2. Amenity within far walking distance or driving below 5min (500m to 1.5km depending on JAM! below 7mins) (good premium)
3. More than 8mins (slight premium)

In cyber most apartments i bliv gt some sorta mall nearby, those i consider as shop la, mall means dpulze as a minimum!

Serin Residency is a condo too! With quite number of facilities as well like badminton, tennis/futsal/basketball court...
