So are you working in cyberjaya?
Why not buying landed which is more value for money bro?

Yes... if your budget allows, it will be a much better choice to get a landed house in Cyberjaya instead of high rise...

bro, anything can be improve, even singapore still have kopitiam everywhere..

early in the morning like 8am, where to find breakfast? i prefer wantan mee, pan mee, noodle...

S.kembangan 10 min drive when its off peak, if its peak hour.. like lunch or dinner time, it might take 30 min..

i still hope, cyberjaya will have hawker stall to have breakfast, lunch or dinner... but must be well plan, not causing hoax to the traffic.. and hygiene..
*
I know everything could be improve but the problem is could Malaysia do it? Just look at the hygiene of those Singapore kopitiam and those of Malaysia. Comparing Malaysia to Singapore is like comparing a third world country to a top notch developed nation. Singapore is very well planned in a lot of things whereas Malaysia is excruciatingly underwhelming when it comes to planning and is an epic failure when it comes to execution.

Not every township is accustom to everybody needs. We only chose to stay here if we see fit. A little sacrifice is sometimes unavoidable. However I do agree that the breakfast choices here are rather limited but that is not an issue for me at all. tongue.gif

Having said all that, if they can have a hawker stall food court exactly like Singapore then I'd be first in line to support it. thumbup.gif

Thanks for the info bro.
Some of the shops below I haven't been to and definitely will give them a try in my next trip back to M'sia.
But obviously there is no kopitiam style shop with Chinese stalls in cyber right?

There is a Japanese ramen restaurant and a cafe inside newly completed mutiaraville mall.
Passed by few times but never have a chance to try.

Cyberjaya is indeed a calm city (i prefer to called it as suburban) with not much hassle here and there. Been living here for like 5 years now and currently planning to buy an apartment here.

But nowadays lots of residential apartments are under construction. Lots of construction lorries coming in and out, quite dusty but it only affect pockets of small areas.

Im not an expert in property market. But I heard that there are lots of development coming up to Cyberjaya, EMKAY for example with their Autoville@Cyberjaya, SOHO unit/small office/smart office unit called Oasis or something plus new PR1MA development at the outskirt of Cyberjaya (PR1MA Cyberview I think). Sorry if this doesn't really help you in your decision making

Guys,

I might be looking at buying recently completed 2 sty Clover Semi-D at garden residence priced at rm 1.5M after discount. Do you think it will be a good buy in the current economic situation from investment standpoint? It comes with a maintenance + clubhouse fees of rm600 per month. I noticed that Clover residents have to go out to main road in order to get to the clubhouse which is a bit of a downturn. Also, heard about the nearby oil depot but to be honest I don't know how close it is to Clover. The whole developement itself does not seem to be on par with Symphony Hills or Eco glades in terms of landscaping and master plan.

Any thoughts or inputs are much appreciated.

Expected type of ppl living in Cyberjaya:-
1). Spills over effect - ppl from Seri Kembangan / Puchong / Kajang / Serdang.
2). Local workforce in cyberjaya.
3). MEX driven user - KLCC / Bkt Jalil / Sri Petaling.
4). KLCC aviation workforce via ERL.

With the opening of IOI Resort Mall, Mitsui premium outlet and another US outlet that completing soon , no doubt development of klang valley is moving south. Cyberjaya - will be one of the beneficiary.

Personally I think the landed with good quality living environment and landscape that give you resort feels in cyberjaya are SEG and SH only.
Sejati Residences, Garden Residences - very conventional residential house project only.
Go to visit these projects and feel it yourself what you actually want la.
