QUOTE(xyyap @ Mar 3 2015, 09:32 AM) For now, I think Cyberjaya for own stay is quite nice... but if buy high rise for rental, the rental market will be quite competitive as there are so many completing soon... tenants will be spoiled with choices... and it will be tenants' market... just my 2 cents. |

QUOTE(MakeYouHappy @ Mar 3 2015, 09:16 AM) You mean a Chinese style kopitiam with many hawker stalls inside? Nope. Just imagine how CBJ would look with those stalls. bro, anything can be improve, even singapore still have kopitiam everywhere.. But if really crave for those hawker stalls then can go to Seri Kembangan which less than 10 minutes drive. early in the morning like 8am, where to find breakfast? i prefer wantan mee, pan mee, noodle... S.kembangan 10 min drive when its off peak, if its peak hour.. like lunch or dinner time, it might take 30 min.. i still hope, cyberjaya will have hawker stall to have breakfast, lunch or dinner... but must be well plan, not causing hoax to the traffic.. and hygiene.. |

Cyberjaya is indeed a calm city (i prefer to called it as suburban) with not much hassle here and there. Been living here for like 5 years now and currently planning to buy an apartment here.
But nowadays lots of residential apartments are under construction. Lots of construction lorries coming in and out, quite dusty but it only affect pockets of small areas. This post has been edited by clarifier04: Mar 3 2015, 03:03 PM |
