I think cyberjaya need to make something to change the people perspectives on cyberjaya. If you ask 10 people who never visit cyberjaya before. 9 out of 10 will tell you cyberjaya are very far, ghost town and no life. Nobody really know whats the progress and developments happen in Cyberjaya.
I have friends staying at Taman Meranti jaya, Taman puchong Utama, Taman putra prima, Bandar bukit puchong, they dont even know the existence of D'Pulze until I told them.
After I bring them to cyberjaya, they said, wow.. very nice place to stay huh.. and it had changed a lot.
From my point of view, first impression of Cyberjaya already very negative. So something need to be done ( leave it for expert to think what can be done) to attract people staying in cyberjaya. Maybe early in the morning still unable to find nasi lemak for breakfast. you can only get it from mamak stall.

The infrastructure of cyberjaya is prepare to handle half a million population. Now the capacity has only reached 20%.

I think the solution to this is to build more affordable landed property with good concept (from RM600k) to attract workers of cyberjaya to stay in cyberjaya.
*
Dont think the land here is adequate and affordable to build many landed with low price at 600k.

Kote Warisan can take this role.

Well, the so cybersouth already selling at 600k , bear in mind that it is not freehold, not in cyberjaya, etc.

Kind of challenging to have those landed at that price point. I think this is why I still very much prefer landed in cyberjaya, less, but exclusive (relatively)

Not that people didn't try to learn more about cyber, at least I did. There are often free trip to cyber to visit organised by ministry, NGOs n developers.

But always we only see either condo next to MMU or landed above 1 mil. After a while people just lose interest.

the problem with cyber is all one word: greed......

someone (or few guys) pocketed handsomely by allowing one major company to buy land at dirt cheap price but subsale at premium.....rendered developers have no other choices by to sell high end properties there....

yes, but cbj house are starting from 2.5mil and then 2mil, 1.5mil, 1mil, and slwoly down to 800k, and then only start prima house with 200-450k.
other area start with 200k to 300k to 400k to 600k to 800k.
so on population wise might not grow so well, only future ppl can buy future price.

let me educate u some info from wiki about KV

Klang Valley (Malay: Lembah Klang) is an area in Malaysia which is centred in Kuala Lumpur, and includes its adjoining cities and towns in the state of Selangor. A more recent alternative reference to this would be Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan Area or Greater Kuala Lumpur.

The Klang Valley is geographically delineated by Titiwangsa Mountains to the north and east and the Strait of Malacca to the west. It extends to Rawang in the northwest, Semenyih in the southeast, and Klang and Port Klang in the southwest.[1] The conurbation is the heartland of Malaysia's industry and commerce.[2] As of 2012, the Klang Valley is home to roughly 7.5 million people.[3] Klang Valley is home to a large number of migrants from other states within Malaysia and foreign workers largely from Indonesia, India and Nepal.

Regions[edit]
There is no official designation of the boundaries that make up Klang Valley but it is often assumed to comprise the following areas and their corresponding local authorities:

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur City Hall
Federal Territory of Putrajaya
Putrajaya Corporation
Selangor district of Petaling
Shah Alam City Council
Petaling Jaya City Council
Subang Jaya Municipal Council
Selangor district of Klang
Klang Municipal Council
Selangor district of Gombak
Selayang Municipal Council
Selangor district of Hulu Langat
Ampang Jaya Municipal Council
Kajang Municipal Council

Kajang Municipal Council - Mukim Semenyih
Still within KV compound.

While Cyberjaya under sepang, and where is sepang?

maybe price are more expensive if its outside KV? is this what you wanna tell?

Cyberjaya is going for future future price. Just because it carries the name "cyberjaya" it is overly speculated.

Sememyih is still going for rm400k to rm700k for double storey intermediate terrace house. Ecoworld being the most expensive.
