It is very surprising we see comparison with semenyih. Very difference project... heck even the built up is different. Are u kidding to compare a place with mnc with kampung/agriculture land?

I also don't understand... BMW and Toyota.. Same CC but pricing so much diff.

Then go to buy semenyih the nirvana land la...
Both townships are diff concept, diff location, diff target customer.... Just because someone can't afford then commenting cyberjaya as selling at future future price.

Rm 2.3mil in cyberjaya u can buy garden residences 60'x90' 3.5 storey bungalow with jacuzzi at roof top and 5mins drive to IOI resort city mall and 5 mins to ERL putrajaya sentral and F/h - is this considered over over price? Google it the same type housing / concept how much it cost?

Rm 2mil - u can also buy a resort style home 40x100 semi D in symphony Hill. 4500ft2... Good living environment and landscape... F/H Somemore - is it over price?

Rm 1.6/7 mil for setia Eco glades... Water theme resort lift style living... Connecting to MEX via newly built interchanges... Over price? I dun think so. Future price? For me I can accept it.

Future price for Symphony hills semi-D is RM4mil lol

When i bought Symphony hills, only 2.4SGD, now 2.9SGD! RM no more value, property price will b up up up!

1USD = 5RM, akan datang!

well true that boss Soros....SEG semi 2.1million..u get resort style.. If u want cheap, Cyberjaya I bought freehold terrace also, normal G & G only RM700k... so I think it just depends on which category you are eyeing

accept the fact dude, if its that wise in pricing, shld have been long time sold off... yes, there are rich who dont mind putting money there... every investment never say good or bad, only worth or not to invest nia...

look at MCT, UEM, SPS, S.Haruman, MS, all are struggling selling... even phase 1 still have units available, the reason, is loan rejected units/not so good fengshui/facing units/bla bla bla... but semenyih ppl queuing at 5am for ballot...

SEH, EM doesnt lose to SEG,SH,GR... if SEG=BMW, SEH=Mercedes... wuahhaha.. if u wanna compare by using car.. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

M not sure about the rest, visited Symphony Hills last week, met some neighbors. I can say quality community there. Happy with my choice.
