Ericison has moved out the major part of their biz. There was another pioneer in Cyber also moved out....sorry cant remember what was the company.

Even the nearby Science Park2, only two lots have been sold after XX years.

Ericson will maintain some part of its operation in cyber.

yeah I guess after the tax break expired in 10 years...these big companies will look for other incentives offered by other countries.

to me..own stay is just a longer term investment plan....

If its not good for own stay....its definitely no good for investment.

buy landed EVERYWHERE with holding power should be a safe bet....

true...Selangor science park2 is at the border of ciber.....and not part of ciber.

just like all damansara namesakes exploited the name of damansara.

for those that currently live in cheras, belakong and kajang....semenyih seems to be a logically upgrade.

you wont find many PJ or damansara residents move to semenyih lah.

as for ciber.....I doubt many puchong or SK residents move in there.....although I personally know many 'investors' bought the landed there.....as a whole ciber got everything as a township except one criteria....we have debated this issue many times lioa....wish not to sound like a broken record.

it good to see more people move in to ciber...but not for me.....ciber and my 8chi tak ngam.....end of story.

all said buy for own stay.......and now when ask them....their standard response is 'maybe', 'if can rent out first', 'wait for rpgt to be over', 'etc etc etc'

true...to drive out makan makan is a treat...you dun do it 3 times a day. sometimes you just need some cheap and comfort food.....like kopitiam style....5 mins drive...eat n go back.

Yes...I believe that Gks kor...those stay in 1-4mil mansion in ciber will join the rat race and rush to take ERL in the morning.

beside if you can afford a landed in ciber...you wont be necessary join the morning rush at 7am....most people I know only report to work around 9-10am. it doesn't pay to stay in ciber in order to enjoy all these 1st class infrastructure.

we are not London or new York level yet.

same with overseas Malaysians....I even tried some so called "ex-chefs" from tai tong in Malaysia cook in overseas country left much to be desired.....
