Can consider too
Do u have any strong cable?

Fresh Graduate, demand for Strong Cable. LOL.
If you have tons of working experiences, then it is acceptable for you to demand strong cable. doh.gif
Nowadays, it doesn't matter if you graduated from Aus or Local, you are same. It's how you perform during interview etc.

Jobstreet.com. Ask your niece to apply through that web or apply through company website

Not everyone, these can be the exceptions. I do mortgage, and even my clients have normal salary given their age. You have to understand that there is an element of pride when posting here, those with high salary given their age tend to like posting here, perhaps for a feel-good factor?

Not criticizing anyone, everyone is free to do what they want, but thought I'd give my 2 cents.

Im not too sure about IB, but I know for quite a number of careers, you would have an easier time with a good cable than without one. May differ from one company to another too though.

I guess you have to ask yourself if you prefer to do tax or venture into finance field.

Agree.
Don't take it too hard seeing people here earning more than you, there will always be someone who earn more. It's a never ending loop. *Well unless you're Mr Bill Gates"
What matters most is how you make good of your money, and exchange those numbers into something meaningful.

Job Title : Project Executive
Job Desciption : Planning, designing, execution for process optimization, space & layout, mobile solution and various project in warehouse
Years spent in company : nearly 2 years
Age : 25
Industry : MNC producing medical devices
Tenure : Permanent/Full-time
Employment Level : Executive
Experience before joining : Fresh Grad
Highest paper qualification/ education background : Bachelor of Business Administration
Salary : RM2500
Location: Penang

Working environment is superb, colleagues are nice and supportive, my boss is just like a coach to me, motivating and guiding me in my career path.

I got huge exposure to people when doing projects.

I planned to take up WM SAP course, and looking forward to become a consultant to support and develop the warehouse management system.

Anyhow, still contradicting between the pay and the job I love doing, am I underpaid when compared to my job scope?

Two years with an MNC and you're still getting paid what other fresh grads are getting. You are underpaid.

However, you can't buy good experience with money, so if you think the exposure you're getting will help you make a huge jump in the near future, I'd suggest you tough it out with your current company and see how it pans out in the next few years. In the meantime, it doesn't hurt dropping your application to other companies and see what you might be able to get,

It shouldn't be important to your prospective employers, other than to check your payslip as proof that you stated the right "current salary" when you applied for the job. I've come across this once, but I told them I'll show it to them once we agree on my remuneration.

Because they want to make you an offer close to your current salary, which is unethical.
