26, I'd suggest go for career progression. If you are 30+ then maybe go for money

Hi. I am new here.

Job Title : Account Manager (Inside Sales)
Job Description : Handle over 400 company account, ensure sales target achieved, revenue are met
Age: 26
Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management
Years spent in company : Almost 3 years
Company : Malaysian Company
Industry : IT Services
Tenure : Permanent
Salary : RM 3500 Basic + Commission (RM2500 if hit 100%, if 85% claim half, less than 60% nothing)

Recently I received an offer to be Telemarketing Manager from 1 small online company with international presence.

Offer: RM5000 Basic, no commission or overriding. Just Basic and performance bonus. Maybe some traveling opportunities.

Just want to share and know whether is the offer good?

I don't know should I take this chance to progress my career as Manager or go Singapore Telco work as Telesales Exec (Basic up to 2k SGD with commission). Money or Career progress?

Handle 400 company account isn't easy. You may negotiate to increase your base salary.

If you really want, I might be able to help. But I'll be honest and say she would be better off trying out for a management graduate programme. Starting pay and general perks will be far better.

It is like on the job training for new graduates. They pay quite well, depending on the companies.. its like a half-way line to being an executive....

hah to be honest, I wouldn't know. depends on the company too. Many companies have management trainee programs nowadays.. part of their so-called Corporate Social responsibility which is tax deductible i guess

Depends on the company actually... some of them would be glad if you leave and found a job else where as they are just doing this as a CSR.. which is a tax deductible cost to them haha
