Thanks a lot Epo.

Long time no see!!! How are you?

A workshop will try their best to satisfy all customer and do what ever "humanly" possible. Servicing & repair are workshop business and I don't think anyone will turn away a paying customer for no reason.
Sometime the expectation are reasonable but not all are like that. There will always be some that can be quite unreasonable and demanding one.

So we will have to access each case separately.

NO HUMAN IS PERFECT !

Freaking nightmare dealing with Naza Kia SC. Bloody incompetent people. Remember my brake issue that I mentioned couple of pages back? Turns out to be brake servo need replacing on a 8 month old car. QC at its best.

Car was bought under AZ so they have 3 first service discount package which you only need to pay 20% of the engine oil. Sounds good? Distance from house to AZ is about 35 KM (ok what since I can get around RM 60 shaved off my service bill if I service with AZ). My biggest regret is servicing with them.

Sent my car to Glenmarie (which is less than 5 KM from my house). They checked and told me that in their system, my 1K & 10K services was recorded as (1k & 20K) by AZ. They can't claim warranty for me because in the system, the warranty is void due to skipping 10K service despite showing them service receipts.

Now, I need to send back the car to AZ which is miles away to let them check and drive back (or put there which is not an option because I need to use the car) because they do not have brake servo in stock. They need to take out, document it and send for warranty claims.

After the stock arrived (which no one could estimate the duration, might be weeks meanwhile continue driving with failing brake servo), I need to drive there again for replacing.

Hi Tifosi, I truly sympathize your situation that you're going through.
I hope this gets resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible, now that Motorman from AZ is ready to lend a hand. Motorman appears to be a good and genuine guy.

Pls keep us posted on the progression of things Bro Tifosi.
Thanks.

My rear end lost grip when exiting the corner because of the slippery road condition. I forgot to accelerate to regain the grip and the car spinned. Luckily forte bumper are quite resistance, only the bumper is destroyed. Other part of the body is intact.

Hi guys. If I want to install alarm/GPS tracker/immobiliser, do I install it at SC? If SC don't have and I were to install outside, will it void the warranty?

From what I know, Forte doesn't comes with immobiliser.

Checked with Naza Galaxy, but it's only basic alarm at RM750. Any other source?
