guys just wondering do you all still send your car to kia service center for maintainence when it hits 40-50k milage??

if not, where would you all recommend sending the car for service?

Nope, if it is hot/warm air coming out of your air-cond (even after having turned your air-cond settings to cooler settings) then I'd recommend for u to get it checked by an air-cond specialist.

Based on my own and friends' experience..the few advantages of wrapping the air-cond hose would be:
1) air-cond air cools the car faster (this also depends on the UV Tint Film which you use).
2) instead of turning to 21C~23C (i.e. Air-cond temperature degree setting), they now keep the settings between 22C~23C.


The air cond blows  warm air accasionly only . Normally I overcome it by  lower the temperature then the problem solved.
Any 'side effect " to the airecond system if wrap the host ? if  not why Naza/Kia does not do that as it does not cost much ? TQ

Is there any different engine type between kia forte 2.0(2010 model) with k3?

tinted my headlamp and after a week,the headlamp cracks like spider web. the reason i tinted the lamp is because the stone chip on it.to prevent more stone chip on it my fren from acc suggest me to do this. aiks....now it cracks. anyone know how much it cost for a pair of new one? genuine one. or anyone wanted to let go their current eagle eye can pm me.thank you!

Guys..any idea how much to replace steering rack? My steering now got "glok glok " sound.

been using this car almost 2 years. so far so good. 

I believe my Forte also have the same problem as u. The MDPS somehow feels loose & got rattling sound when hitting a bump or running on an uneven roads, especially when cornering. Wondering where i can fix this problem. Did u managed to fix it bro?

I have an aircond problem after using my forte for three years.

The aircond is blowing slow where last time i use 23  degrees C to make cabin cool bt now i need to lower down to    16 degrees to make it cool.

Would like to know any suggestion from u guys.

Is it due to airfilter or insulation.

Hmm. Really instrested with this model. But concern about the stock is old. And expensive spare part to.. any advise

how do you know the oil is made from Mitsubishi factory or both MMC and Kia using the same supplier with different packing only ?

I think it's time to change my forte disk brake after drive for almost 4 yrs. Any member here have change the disk brake oledy? How is the total damage for changing the disk brake?

I have changed mine to hi-q. It's a common Korean brand brake pad.

I love the stick brake pad which is sufficient for me to stop and produce less dust.
