Saw the records in their database, it was indeed my 2nd service was labeled under 20K service in the computer. Glenmarie SC don't want to dirty their hands in this issue and rejected my car and ask me go deal with AZ directly.
Suddenly got me thinking, was this a conspiracy by AZ Motors to prevent customers going to other place since it is considered "warranty void" by other SC.
Gonna lodge a report with Naza and see what can be done about this issue.

There is no point going hoo haa when AZ is ready to mend their mistake right? Call them and talk la.

tinted my headlamp and after a week,the headlamp cracks like spider web. the reason i tinted the lamp is because the stone chip on it.to prevent more stone chip on it my fren from acc suggest me to do this. aiks....now it cracks. anyone know how much it cost for a pair of new one? genuine one. or anyone wanted to let go their current eagle eye can pm me.thank you!

I have been servicing my car there so far no issues. Talk to them first, problem can be solved. They wont do anythg silly that can spoil their reputation as they are well known in this forum.

Seem AZ popularity and after sales service is dropping lately...no doubt their SA WAS in Forte thread VERY actively lasttime...once Forte discont. SA also went missing and ACTIVELY in Cerato thread now ... We have to accept the fact, sales and $$ made, after market service will leave to owner and SC department to fight against themself....

New was was told RM600 or 1200 per piece. I hope you learn a lesson not about tint CANNOT be simply 'apply'...if you talk about stone chip , then you should also clear bra the whole car since paintwork is the biggest surface , stone chip is even easier to kena all time...

I am not sure for previous Kia sales services, but what i can sure is Kia service centers improved alot and their customer service is also getting better
