I did asked. They said this is the charges set by the management. If user are to bring their car for inspection, no matter it's under warranty or not you ll be charged rm15.

It's like no "free lunch" even though I serviced my car there. I felt cheated thus I m bringing my car services at other SC. No more business with this SA.

Is it ? I didn't notice at all... Normally for time being OEM parts that I've been used are oil filter, air filter, plugs.
But few things I also prefer ori like fuel filter, brake pad, v-belt but of course not buy from SC la.
Expensive things normally I go for OEM (not this car, my previous old wira) like ekon compressor, alternator, drive shaft, absorber, front windscreen.

How do u know that other SC doesn't charge RM15 ? If set by mgmt, then all SC affected lorrr...

Same experience. Wasted my 15 bucks and wasn't resolved. Ended up went to CSL branch and was done 6 months later. Extremely dissappointed with the after sales service

need some info...

these few days, i happen to hear some "kuk kuk kuk" (continuously) during slow speed ( 20kmh -30kmh) from tyre area (suspect it from right side). some time can be heard by passenger at the back. mostly heard when going over bump or hole.
the sound is like u hit your finger to back of your keyboard.

any idea what might that be?

*none during speed above 50kmh. i think because road noise is greater..

i experienced similar thing before. apparently the body assembly at the back was not tight/fit, result in some loose part. MPV batu caves managed to settle the problem.

guys just wondering do you all still send your car to kia service center for maintainence when it hits 40-50k milage??

if not, where would you all recommend sending the car for service?

I stop sent to SC when mileage is 15k km... Go there for 3 free servis, 1k, 5k, 10k only... Now mileage 59k km aldy...
Just send any w/shop u trust... I send it at Sg Buloh area... but parts I bought myself...

Was that before the lapse of the 5-Year warranty OR u just couldn't be bothered with the warranty?
