Try stock firmware and see will it detects

Y cable don't works properly sometime.

E3276 is a high power consumption modem.

You may try MR3020 or Huawei AF23 smile.gif

It detected, but lte speed very slow. E398 can easily go over 20mbps.

Is it safe to apply this (AT^SETPORT="A1,A2;10,12,16,A1,A2") command? What is this for actually?

The command wont make a difference on speed, and it is not suitable for new E3276 smile.gif

PC go over 20?

ya i know, just wonder what that command for.

E398 tested with mr3420, disconnect once it reach 20mbps. Never try with direct plug in to PC. PC at the middle of the house, no line at all.
