Such big size.. Heard indicative price from 1.3mil. Semi d in EM as big as zero lot bangalow in SEH..

It will probably take some time before any mall comes.
Setia Alam also took like 8 years before they start the Setia City Mall construction.
But, it will come.

this is like LKS, EW, SP Setia, and PNB combo at Semenyih..
the odds are mall will come later..

Yeap. The location at the interchange is good for mall..
Also, Ecohill 2 (Abaco) should have plenty of room for mall too..

SEH has a commercial plot just beside Jalan Semenyih entrance. But i reckon the plot may be too small for a mall.
My wild guess is that the mall will be at EM or Ecohill 2 if there is any.
Tendy wise - sorry, no input from my side..

Based on this information, seems like EW is changing their marketing/selling strategy..
SEH last phase DSL 20x70, bu 1810sf sold at RM528K which translate to RM 292 psf.

Also DSL unit are quite big in BU, unlike previous strategy by SPS - Small BU - lower entry price- a strategy SPS is still deploying based on the SEH launches.
How would EW going to improvise on futures launches if BU is not a factor now? Higher ceiling height? Double volume Living hall? LSK must of thought of this in great depth.. Am very keen to know their strategy.

The current specs are pretty impressive already. Really wonder how they gonna up the game for 2nd, 3rd etc phases.
Any body knows if this coming launches will feature like rain water harvesting or solar panel?

On the other hand, Setia Alam 20 x 65 till today still not launched yet.. But heard they will be selling completed unit of semi d near the old sales office. indicative at 1.2 mil
