Just finished viewing the gathering's pics, wish i could be there.

What was blacktrix and ebp(?) trying to do? Break their guitars over their necks?

EDIT : nevermind, the pic that was down before works now.

Nah, they were demonstrating how serious guitarists stay in shape. Behind Neck Shoulder Presses with Heavy guitars of course!

I have a DS-1 that I hardly use since I got a Metal Zone. Why are you selling the MD to get a DS-1?

Haha, I wonder why he would need an MT2 (a sucky pedal anyway) when he already has a Mesa Boogie Roadking. That guy is just getting funnier each time he spews cr*p out of his mouth.

it was ok.
but security was dumb.
each ticket partition was seperated by a pitiful 4ft high rail.
i saw ppl with $60 tix jump all the way to the front when the lights all went down tongue.gif

and damn alot of cameras, not camphones, actual cameras.
even saw someone with a D70 taking photos in the middle of the crowd.
so much for the rule of no cams allowed.

some guys have posted their pics already online.

I think we can now affectionately refer anything that Blitzkrg says as a "Blitzkrg Bop"

Hey..... the Bop is going to looooooove this......

Do you think if I get an Epiphone Explorer (Probably the Gothic)..... you think it's possible to install a double locking Floyd Rose in it??? Roughly how much would the setup be and all that???

ummm.
epi explorer gothic has a floyd rose option.
the only gothic series among the LP/SG/explorer/V that doesnt have the floyd rose option is the SG.
!%!@#%!@#$.

but of cos i highly recommend changing the pos trem on it to a schaller which would be about RM600-700+.

and doesnt matter since one of my gibson SGs has a floyd rose anyway, and i got a nice can of matt black finish here.
one day when i get time im gonna start learning to refinish on it tongue.gif

Well, he bragged about having this chrome vox or dunlop wah, wondered why he still need a morley which is his eyes is clearly inferior.

Anyway, your price for the wah is really nice. Just ask him to go buy a behringer crap wah if he wants something cheap. Lowballer sucks really.

But isn't the Floyd on the Explorer a Single Locking trem? Was aiming to do some Dimebag/Vai/Herman Li s**t on it..... Besides.... the Floyd Rose version of the Explorer has been discontinued...... only the Les Paul remains......

and would anyone know how much an Epiphone Explorer (gothic or regular) would cost now?

the only company i know that does single locking trems is ibanez.
one of the worse ever trems in existence, doesnt do anything at all.

epi gothic series, well i would say in SG again, about RM1.6k+.

I checked out Swee Lee's website..... no mention of a Floyd Rose version...... sigh...... have to go down Singapore AGAIN.......

Might ask a shop in KL to just get it in for me.

Going to swap in the EMG-HZs into it.....
