Built-in tuner of my Yamaha Magicstomp but I wanna get the headstock tuner that detects the vibration in the guitar. Very handy tuner and it only cost RM90. thumbup.gif

wtf? non-chromatic tuner?
classical guitars dont need to go drop-D or Eb etc.
so any tuner will do.

If you know Ibanez guitars well enough you should be able to tell it's a fake immediately.
From the pics... the monkey grip is too big, the truss rod cover wrong shape, string tree in the wrong position, the tremolo is wrong (looks like a TRS style trem)... well just a couple you can easily spot... edit: and another, it says JEM Jr on the headstock, another straight giveaway. and the tick is misaligned. Basically anything that looks odd is often a clear giveaway. But these fakes are getting better and better...

WOW this is the most amazing JEM counterfeit I've ever seen...
http://new.photos.yahoo.com/ep_tjan/album/...310823502#page1

its scary how seemingly well replicated these are becoming. obvious signs i've noticed are: the trem and locking nut, the AANJ shape, and the headstock shape (the tip is sharper on a real one).

well just one look at that single locking trem and cheap gold color on it is enough.
the ibanez logo on the headstock is also slanted at a funny angle.

btw, was at cash converters pj today.
there is a 1996 epi G-400, in cherry finish.
condition i would say 7/10, price RM499 guitar only.
why didnt i get it? cos one epiphone is more than enough.
plus the 90s epiphones have dubious woods.
one look at its body wood you can see 2-3 different grains in it tongue.gif
probably a mix of maple/mahagony, just like the 90s epi LPs which had alder/mahagony sandwich bodies.
