I think any time is still a good time for property investment, just depends on whether the project is with good value or not...
Ekocheras is 3 in 1 combo .. MRT covered link plus shopping mall with cinema plus freehold prime location...only lacking is the experience on sales and marketing and knowledge on mall management... Anyhow, this can be settled as long as u have money to recruit experience ppl to take care of it... |

I cant recall all the feebies they promised:
1) Hood and Hob 2) Kitchen cabinet 3) Aircon for living and master room 4) Curtain? (did i heard wrong) 5) Heater? centralised? 6) ? |

Visited leisure mall which is oppossite ekocheras during weekend. Noticed quite a lot of people in d mall. When d 1.2m eko mall is up & running sure will attract lots of people ..
