I don't think high chance delay. Normal development is 3 years but this project takes 4 years, one year can do a lots of thing. Furthermore, the spa has not date yet.

Basement carpark easily take you 18mths. Bear in mind Ekc is duplex...which 30+ storeys is equivalent to 60+ storeys. Massive dev and now somemore put in mall inside the development. 1xxx units to deliver ard the same n ekovest first venture into property. Emmmmm...

The delivery of Soho, Apartment, Offices, Mall and hotel can be seperately by stages right? can or cant they?

Like the serviced apartment above Tropicana city mall also ready abt 1 year after the mall opened so the mall business is already more established

Around RM550k to 600k for 625 sf. Not many people selling due to very easy to get tenants at around RM2500 for fully furnished

Mall is so so but F&B doing ok

BlkE level 2 buyers are requested to surrender their units for the mall. From the chart, only six units are affected. Other levels of this block are not affected at the moment.

Went to their showroom yesterday but too bad no one entertain me.
Everyone seems to be busy.
So just checked out the sales chart myself.

May I know what's the package they offer for BlkE?
Is it either 7% rebate or dibs?
Any other freebies like air cond, cabinet, wardrobe?
Anyone can enlighten me?

The resi units above tropicana city mall r leasehold right? Some more LRT is quite far away. Since VP price has appreciated at least 250%..think ekocheras can do better as it has linked bridge to lrt n also freehold.
