Captain cool bro, are u using the same lawyer ie Susana Lim, for spa and loan agreement? Wondering why SA told me we can't use same lawyer for spa n loan agreement?

And SL no involved in loan SPA

Another project which will have direct covered linked to Bangsar LRT will have official launch on 7 Dec (Sat). The singapore based developer keystone development is opening up the last 2 choice floors for sale ie level 18 & 29 for the project "The Establishment". The linked bridge will have 2 security guards stationed along it 24/7 to enhance security as u walk to/fro Bangsar LRT, making it the only LRT/MRT bridge in Malaysia to have 2 security guards stationed in it. The developer will b releasing 40 small studio units during the official launch.

Hi daikors here.. restful kor was right.. there is 1 letter for the freebies.. my unit has 3 airconds n cabinet n etc etc.. however forgot to ask for further details.. paiseh.. hmm I also signed a letter of consent.. where developer seeks consent in the case if they wan to convert 2-4th floor into lifestyle mall.. not confirmed yet but juz sign the letter of consent.. paid remaining 3% - 10k n also loam stamp duty around 3k.. those documents really killing..

May l know if there is anyone in this forum buying 2nd-4th floors of BlkH & J? Do you get special notice if those floors are converted for mall usage? What is the arrangement if that happened?
