there u go all the daikors here.. "where developer seeks consent in the case if they wan to convert 2-4th floor into lifestyle mall.." coz initially the developer only plans to do retail shops.. but they may convert it into lifestyle mall now.. so the developer nits our blessings to do it if it does happen in the future..

If got lifestyle mall ur unit price should appreciate by at least 30% upon VP. Fah tatt. Oredi block J increased 2% n block H 4% up..Block E is also a matter of time.

But if the mall space really 'extends' to BlkE, my BlkE unit will be converted to fit the mall.....(too early to say now for BlkE).

Any of u guys observe if thr r any high tension wires nearby our ekocheras project? The SA told me thr r none but I hv not been to d project site b4 so I cant verify what she told me is true. Any taikors can comment on this?
