When u signed the documents?

Signed on 16-Dec and requested them to give priority to stamp before 2014.
So the doc was with LHDN stamp on 31-Dec-2013.
Anything happened out there?

I received a duplicate set of S&P and a duplicate set of Deed of Mutual Covenants, instead of original copy, is that correct?

Correct... Mine are duplicate copies as well.
What's yr stamp date? 2013?

I signed in dec last year also but have yet to received call from lawyer to collect spa. Need call lawyer tmr...

How much is the average price for 700sf unit now?

same here as well.. signed in dec but haven gotten my copies..

I understand they are dealing with huge amount of buyers but l don't know neither why taking so long to call us.
As a matter of fact we know their efficiency.
Imagine what will happen during vp and key handover time?

S&P delay most probably due to lawyer or as u know, u call them they attend to your file if no call they only do when free lah kind of thing

But vp time, EKovest must really beef up their team

Overall, ther were more ground dug than previous.
Can't really quantify it.

Unfortunately tenants staying in apartment with balcony will hang their clothes in the balcony although its against the rules. I dont support this but it happens all the time.

Understand the aircond ledge area is not the right place to hang clothes.

Would hanging clothes at aircond ledge kill the aircond?
Anyone has experience?

When ask the legal assistant how come the carpark layout plan not attached and marked in the stamped S&P? The answer was need to check with the lawyer in charge

Is your S&P the same?

My copy of SnP and DMC have no carpark layout plan attached, neither.

I signed block E in early jan but S&P dated 28 February 2014.....??
