in fact selling at RM1k/sqf is reasonable also due to Velo will be selling RM1500/sqf after completion. Phase 2 launched last year already more than RM1k/sqf, and last phase- phase 3 wil be launching this year. Price at RM1300/sqf? .......

indeed. not just here, but the ever rising housing price is happening almost everywhere around the world.
Maybe the banks should start considering extend the loan tenure to include applicant's kids, and kid's kids |
