Main reason why i m not so keen on D'sara & SQWhere is bcoz besides being leasehold, there r still lots of land bank available in sg buloh for development of terrace houses. So given a choice people would prefer to stay in landed property or invest in one rather than a leasehold apartment.

So true, surrounding has so much land undeveloped n many nursery n industrial factory around Upside is RRI but that will take some time to become impactful n surely will sell at future price No successful mall around but ekocheras at least next to the most successful Cheras mall, leisure mall How is the revived Cheras sent rail mall doing? |

Now i am looking at the freehold terrace houses near the upcoming mrt station in kajang. Nearest is kajang2. Gated, guarded, beside upcoming chinese school & upcoming ktm station. The ktm will connect 2 jln reko mrt station which is just 1 stop away.

Here is the block E sales chart per 1pm just now at Mapex
