If you are so worry about it and willing to forfeit your deposit, maybe i could suggest you spend a little money to buy a EMF meter and measure the risk yourself rather then just guessing it and giving unnecessary worry to those who has bought it.

Well, if not comfortable then better pull out than sorry later. Normally houses facing htc is hard to sell or prices always lag behind.

Believe the GST cost already being factor in the price for any launches of 2014 bcz the construction takes 2-3 years and some highrise 4 years.

Try explaining it to rich uncle/aunties when u try to resell it with 2M,with everything nicely in place except the ugly htc jutting out opposite the main road.

Previously you said you not worth to buy at 1M for this, but now you suggest to sell to rich uncle/aunties at 2M?

Anyway, I think most buy for own stay than flip.

As I said, their money their health. Furthermore the build quality and material used very good. If not I wouldn't have booked.
Now waiting for other tropicana project launch. Free to shop again but with 1.3k forfeited.
I am now checking what is the distance of the new phase to the htc. Anyone have the info do share please.
